General Info

Covetrus, Inc. operates as an animal-health technology and services company. It operates through two segments, Supply Chain, and Technology and Value-Added Services. The company sells and distributes pharmaceuticals, nutrition products, consumable products, diagnostic tests, small and large equipment, laboratory and surgical products, and others. It also provides technology solutions and services, including data-driven applications, client communications tools, and related services, as well as computer hardware for animal health customers; and software support, data driven application, training and education, client communication, and value-added services. In addition, the company supports, develops, and offers veterinary practices with a range of veterinary software systems, such as AVImark, eVetPractice, ImproMed, ImproMed Equine, Robovet, RxWorks, and VisionVPM, as well as solutions that integrate with its software platforms comprising client communication services that include Vetstreet and Rapport, reminders, data backup services, hardware sales and support, and credit card processing. Further, it provides technology-enabled services, which comprises its prescription management platform to enhance medical compliance through proactive prescription management. The company serves animal health practices and clinics in the companion animal and equine markets in North America, Europe, and Australasia. Covetrus, Inc. is headquartered in Portland, Maine.

Current Ratio
