Stock Analyser collects financial statements of the company from different sources, combines it,
analyses it and represents results in the following categories:
- Business Summary - descriptive information about the company.
- Raw Data - raw financial statements as their received by Stock Analyzer. You will see source name for each category of data, which allows you to check sources manually.
- Growth Rates - growth rates for all major financial parameters (Phil Town calls them BIG5 numbers). For your convenience, each row and each column in the Growth Rates section includes quick extra analysis and shows how good the numbers in the column or row are. Basic rule is simple - in order to be qualified for "Rule #1 investment" business must have a good strong Moat, which can be measured by BIG5 growth rates - all of them must not be less than 10% for latest 10 years.
- Debt/Free Cash Flow Ratio - determines whether a business's debt is reasonable or not.
- Sticker and MOS Price - calculates Sticker and MOS Price for Pessimistic, Moderate and Optimistic projections. All algorithms are based on our understanding of the methodology described in the book "Rule #1" by Phil Town.
